Of course then I thought perhaps it was the machine, so I downloaded the file again from your site and tried on my work laptop just to see if I could get it to work, but of course I get the same result. Additionally I searched up solutions and tried all the suggested "disable firewall," "reset internet explorer settings," "Run the quickbooks tool hub installation helper." All which have resulted in zero results. Now obviously, the workstation is connected to the internet, as I remoted into it. However, I got the file from the site, after I put in activation I get the error: Sorry, we need to verify your subscription before installing Quickbooks, but we can't connect to our servers. This shouldn't be anything hard, I just want to install 2015 enterprise quickbooks on a new workstation. The client currently has QB Enterprise 2015 hosted from their server. ![]() ![]() ![]() I have a new local workstation that will be used for RDP as they need an additional computer with quickbooks on it. I've searched high and far to a solution, but it doesn't seem to be on my end? Please confirm for me.
